We are based in the UK and ship worldwide.
Our standard delivery will be shipped within 2 working days with Royal Mail 48 tracked. Please allow 3-5 working days to receive your order. Our next day delivery service will be shipped same day for next day delivery, as long as order is placed before 12pm.
International delivery can vary based on destination, but we will ship these within 2 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
We do not ship on a Bank Holiday. Parcels will be shipped the next working day.
All orders will be sent on a tracked and signed for delivery service. You will receive tracking via email, and you can use this to track your shipment and delivery.

SIGNATURE RELEASE
A signature will be required upon delivery of your order, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes, then you accept evidence of a signature by them for confirmation of delivery and responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. Signature by you or a named recipient is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by us and transfer responsibility in the same way.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We understand that there may be occasions when you want to return items that are not suitable. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery of your product. Product must be returned in original packaging, unworn and unused:
- Items must show no signs of wear
- Items must be unworn, undamaged and unmarked in any way
- Items must be returned to us in original packaging
- We are not able to accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn or damaged
- Faulty items may be returned and this will not affect your statutory rights
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any item for return which is damaged through no fault of our own. In the case the return is in an unsuitable condition, we may not accept it and will return it to the sender.
Cost of return packaging and postage is at the cost of the customer.

ORDER ERRORS AND ISSUES
If you have made an error on your order - for example, wrong product or size ordered, or incorrect shipping address - please email us as soon as possible at info@mariposalondon.com.
If your order has not been packed, we should be able to amend your order.
If your order has been packed/sent, you will need to contact the shipping provider to amend any address information, or return the order to us for exchange of incorrect goods.
